Parking

Parking at UT Austin can be challenging, so planning ahead is important. If you park in a university managed surface lot between 7:30 a.m. and 5:45 p.m., Monday through Friday, you must have a valid UT permit. Visitors with a state issued ADA placard or license plate may park in campus garages during those same hours without a UT permit. During university events, parking access can change, so it’s important to check the parking website for the most up to date information.
