Compliance training is intended to help employees gain an understanding of the laws, rules, and policies that govern employees when they carry out official duties. We encourage employees to take compliance training online. However, training can be provided in alternative formats. If you would prefer an alternative version, please review our Training Library or contact us.
As of April 4, 2016, the University began transitioning training to UTLearn, the University’s new employee training management system. On or after this date, employees who have compliance training due may find it in either UTLearn or the Compliance Training System, depending on the topic. If you received an email saying you needed to take training, the email will contain a link to the system that contains the training you need to take.
