This policy has been revised as there have been several changes to contacts, committees and operations covered by this policy, along with an upgrade to the campus security system. A DPS review for campus security recommended one security system; language for that recommendation had not been added to the policy. This document was also missing language regarding exception requesting and updated process for records requests.
