Revised Policy: HOP 9-1240 The Graduate School
This policy is being updated to clarify the responsibility of a unit administrator (department chair or program director) in designating graduate course offerings and instructors each semester in consultation with the Graduate Studies Committee. Add requirement for obtaining Graduate School preliminary approval for using the Graduate Program Coordinator (GPC) II and Graduate Administrator appointment titles. In addition, update “Senior Vice Provost for Academic Affairs and Dean of Graduate Studies” to “Dean of the Graduate School and Senior Vice Provost for Postdoctoral and Graduate Education.”
