New Policy: HOP 3-3013 Workplace Accommodations Under the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act

This policy was created to ensure the University complies with the PWFA which requires covered employers to provide equal access and opportunity to pregnant and postpartum University employees and job applicants with a known limitation due to pregnancy or childbirth. Additionally, the policy outlines the responsible stakeholders and the interactive process to evaluate requests for workplace accommodations under the PWFA.
