University ADA Accessibility Committee

The University ADA Accessibility Committee ("ADA Committee") aims to advise UT Austin officials on ADA compliance issues and coordinate action plans to address accessibility concerns on campus. The committee includes representatives from campus offices and student organizations that are directly involved in accessibility efforts or uniquely positioned to drive change and prioritize initiatives.

Annual Meetings and Forums

Historically, the ADA Committee meets once a year and then hosts university-wide accessibility forums during the fall and spring terms to gather input from the campus community. Committee members then work individually or in small groups to address the raised concerns and issues.

Report Highlights

The following reports outline the accessibility initiatives shared during the annual meetings and the concerns raised during the forums. Additionally, the reports emphasize accessibility priorities and provide recommendations for campus leadership.
