Training Program Manager
Jaime Davis is a Deputy Compliance Officer and the Compliance Training Program Manager for University Risk and Compliance Services (URCS). She joined the University of Texas at Austin in July 2001 as a UTemp with the Facilities Services training group and worked there for almost 12 years. In May 2013, she moved to URCS to oversee the general compliance training program for the university. Jaime is also responsible for managing the social media accounts and other outreach opportunities for the department.
From 2017-2019, Jaime was the Chair of Staff Council and collaborated with departments around campus on behalf of staff interests. She also works closely with the State Agency Coordinating Committee (SACC) Training and Development subcommittee, which includes trainers from other agencies around the State of Texas.
Jaime has a Bachelor’s degree from Wartburg College and a Master’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin in Curriculum and Instruction. She also has a Digital Accessibility certification from TxDLA. Jaime volunteers regularly as a docent with the Ladybird Johnson Wildflower Center and in a variety of roles with her dog agility club and local Master Naturalist group.
