Deputy Privacy Officer

As an attorney in private practice, Arnold handled an assortment of cases ranging from civil rights, criminal law, domestic relations, intellectual property, and complex commercial litigation. He is also a faculty member of the Center for Asian American Studies in the College of Liberal Arts since Fall 2020, teaching courses in Asian American history, identity, and jurisprudence.

Arnold received his B.A. in Asian American Studies and English from UT Austin. His J.D. is from Gonzaga University and he has an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law and Policy from the University of Washington. Arnold volunteers his time raising guide dog puppies for the blind and visually impaired folks.
